Return & Refund Policy (Tapstitch)
Because all products are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Tapstitch, returns and refunds follow their official policy:
1. Report Issues Quickly
Contact us at support@tapstitch.com within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the issue (if relevant)
2. Processing
Requests are processed within 7 working days.
If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Do not send items back without confirmation — unconfirmed returns may be rejected.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Worn, stained, damaged, or altered items are not accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in the same currency used to pay.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Hygiene-sensitive items (tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks)
Sample items
Deliberately damaged items
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Items printed correctly that the customer simply no longer wants
6. Order Cancellations & Shipping Delays
Orders can only be canceled while in “In Review” status.
Refunds for delayed shipping may apply in limited cases (small-volume orders: up to 10% of original price; bulk orders: up to 10% of original price), unless delays are caused by the customer.
